progymnastic's apply for a rank

hey members of pr,

i am progymnastic and my other account was j knight2
i want to have the rank captain or general
because im old captain, helping people if they get bsed and im sometimes helping with spamming with auto talker to mass cc.
i to get bsed(im combat 121) sometimes like today: i was just at fally with other mates, then a guy was teleing and attacked me then i attacked back and he runned.
then soso 5111 bsed me with the clan.
so if i get rank it wont happend again.
i am a good tanker to 93 defens 98 hp

if i got the rank captain:
- i will help people
- i will mass cc
- i will take the bsers
- i will lead
- i dont gonna bs
- i follow the rules

if i got the rank general:
- i will kick out cc bsers(but then at greaterz or some)
- i will kick people who spamming to join other cc's
- i will mass cc
- i will lead of course
- i dont gonna bs
- i follow the rules
